I need help, I am not certain how to assign vector variables with the Feature access code; for example

1.) wait 2 secs hearing ringback

2.) goto step 7 if C = 1

3.) goto step 19 if O = 8

4.) goto step 22 if O = 9

so my questions is... how do i assign steps 3 and 4 to alernate if activated.
