Hello everyone, n00b here! <- my disclaimer

I have an user in a remote office that states that all calls are going to straight to vmail, this sounds like call forwarding or the Do Not Disturb option is enabled. I had her press *09 to disable DND but still goes straight to v-mail.

What keys disable this feature. All was working fine until yesterday when she called saying she couldnt receive calls. No changes have been done via administration.
