Can you help me do the configuration on the one I sent? I pasted it below.
First is we ordered an ISDN E1 There are no DDI numbers attached to PRI. only one main calling number. how can I configure it wherein I will be able to route it to a vdn number. because the pupose of the line is to have a calling number then will route to the agents via vdn, vector and skill. If I have the main number 866-1234 how would I be able to route it to a vdn number? lets say vdn 3456.
Btw. someone told me that it is done on the incoming call handling treatment. How do I do it provided the numbers above?
