Our old Main Number is currently on Number Retention Service that is being disconnected. An email from SBC said "the number will added as a 2nd 2 way trunk riding on your Primary Rate ISDN" and that we need to have the telephone number built into our PBX to point it to our new main number.

I looked at the PRI Trunk but I'm not sure where to add the number in the configuration pages. I don't know where to start. any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated by this helpless noob. :)
thanks,
JC

JC - need to know the version of CM you are using. If < 2.0 then the configs you are looking for are on page 3 of your trunk group form. If > 2.0 issue this command:

change inc-call-handling-trmt <trunk group number> to see any configs already in place. It's important to know how your numbers are currently delivered (last 4-digits, 7-digits, etc). You can manipulate your inbound numbers in this form.
