Rod - check the ip-interface configs for the CLAN (and MEDPRO) you are using for this trunk group. Ensure that the gateway/subnet mask settings are correct. Then ensure that the gw you are using has the proper routing configurations to get to your far end.

You can do some ping tests:
ping ip-address ['board' board location], ['source' virtual endpoint],
['packet-length' (64-1500)], ['repeat' (1-100)]
where IP address is (0-255).(0-255).(0-255).(0-255)
