You can use VRT tables to do that. Just create a new vrt table (add vrt table next ....e.g.1) and add the ani info in that vrt table. Then use vectors with the steps like:
route to number xxxx if ani is in vrt table 1 or

go to step 2 if ani is in vrt table 1
(step 2) disconnect

You may need specific licence to use vrt tables
