Hey guys,

I am not really able to appreciate the additonal benefits of EC500 feature over call-forwarding on avaya. Also it seems having EC500 does not help me to make outbound calls by accessing the Avaya.

Can anyone help me out in clearly differentiating/highlighting the advantages/features of EC500 over call forwarding.
